There is no better support for a woman in labour and her family than another woman trained in the ways of birth. This has been proven time and time again throughout history and trial and error in the birthing world. At the end of the day, no matter what your dream birth looks like- support is key to carry out this plan. Births with adequate support are almost always, faster, less painful and require less medical interventions.

That is where I come in, I have been passionate about women's reproductive abilities, pregnancies, birth and babies since I began learning about how life is created at a very young age. Since then I have dedicated my life to creating awareness for women all around the world and their right to birth how they want to birth.

I am currently a certifying birth doula with Doula Training Canada. I have also been a nanny of four amazing boys for the last 7 years of my life. Let's just say; nurturing is in my blood. I have a passion for supporting women and making their pregnancy and birthing experience a positive growing opportunity to remember for years to come. I believe that a woman who is supported and properly cared for throughout their birth will be a more confident mother during postpartum months.

Just for fun, some other facts about me are; I am a vegan, I love yoga, swimming, biking, hiking, travelling, forbidden naps, drinking tea, and cozy sweaters.
